Icon Changer App by MK APPS PVT LTD

Welcome to the Icon Changer App ("App"), developed by MK APPS PVT LTD. By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

YTo access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You can sign up using your Facebook account, Apple ID, or other methods provided by the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Use of the App

The App provides tools to create and customize invitation and greeting cards. All content, including designs and templates, is created by our designers and is the property of MK APPS PVT LTD. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

User-Generated Content

By creating and sharing content through the App, you grant MK APPS PVT LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.

Analytics Tracking

We use Firebase and Facebook Analytics to collect data on how you use the App. This information helps us improve the App and provide a better user experience. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MK APPS PVT LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Harass, threaten, demean, embarrass, or otherwise harm any other user of the App.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the App, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, or availability.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MK APPS PVT LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Purchase via App Store

This App or specific products available for sale on this App must be purchased via a third-party app store. To access such purchases, users must follow the instructions provided on the relevant online store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), which may vary depending on the particular device in use.

Unless otherwise specified, purchases made via third-party online stores are also subject to those third parties’ terms and conditions, which, in case of any inconsistency or conflict, shall always prevail over these Terms.

Users purchasing through such third-party online stores must therefore read such terms and conditions of sale carefully and accept them.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions allow users to receive a product continuously or regularly over a determined period.

Paid subscriptions begin on the day the payment is received by the owner.

In order to maintain subscriptions, users must pay the required recurring fee in a timely manner. Failure to do so may cause service interruptions.

Subscriptions handled via Apple ID

Users may subscribe to a product using the Apple ID associated with their Apple App Store account by using the relevant process on this App. When doing so, users acknowledge and accept that any payment due shall be handled by Apple.

Content on this App

Unless otherwise specified or clearly recognizable, all content available on this App is owned or provided by the owner.

The owner undertakes its utmost effort to ensure that the content provided on this App infringes no applicable legal provisions or third-party rights. However, it may not always be possible to achieve such a result. In such cases, without prejudice to any legal prerogatives of users to enforce their rights, users are kindly asked to preferably report related complaints using the contact details provided in this document.

The owner holds and reserves all intellectual property rights for any such content.

Users may not use such content in any way that is not necessary or implicit in the proper use of the service.

Removal of content from parts of this App available through the App Store

If the reported content is deemed objectionable, it will be removed within 24 hours, and the user who provided the content will be barred from using the service.
